This course is required for individuals in Texas who have been convicted of their first DWI offense. The program is designed to increase awareness about the dangers of drinking and driving, explore the consequences of impaired decision-making, and help participants better understand the effects of alcohol and drug use. The goal is to reduce the risk of future offenses by encouraging safer, more informed choices behind the wheel.

D.W.i.E. Registration
Early Rate – $60
Available when full payment is submitted 30 days or more prior to the class start date.
Standard Rate – $90
Available when full payment is submitted between 29 to 7 days prior to the class start date.
Late Rate – $120
This rate is for payments made between 6 days and 1 day before the first class.
Same-Day Rate – $140
Applies when payment is completed on the actual start date of the class.
